1.Will my order arrive in one go?

 It depends on your order. Because we send your products as soon as they’re ready, you might receive items separately. If you don’t see all your products in the first package to arrive, expect another package to come with your remaining product(s). You can email us to get all information of your tracking numbers. 

2.How will I know if my order has shipped?

We’ll tell you! Once your order ships, the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available) will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

3.Do you ship to my home address or I need go somewhere to pick it up?

We will deliver your order to your home directly. So please put in the correct shipping address where you are convenient to get the parcel.

Once it is shipped, you will get a confirmation email including a tracking number. All of our express companies are reputable all over the world such as USPS. 

4.What currency will my credit card be charged?

Note that all charges will be processed in US Dollars and may differ from the amount displayed in your local currency due to the exchange rate. This includes items purchased from boutiques and designers based outside of the United States. Please Contact your bank to learn more about currency exchange rates and fees.

5.Do you ship to international locations outside of the US?

We do not offer international shipping for now ! We will keep customers posted when there are any new updates.

6.Will my order be delayed?

We will do our best to ship your order in a timely manner but our first priority is the safety of our staff. To ensure that our team is abiding by the guidelines put in place for all essential personnel, it may take longer to process and ship your order.

7.Need To Change Something On My Order, How Can I Do That ?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once the parcel is processed and sent to the post office, we will be unable to make any changes.

8.Can I Get More Information On A Product ?

We try to publish as much useful info as we can about all our products, to help you buy the things that will suit you best.

The product page for every item includes sizing, a detailed description, care instructions, and most importantly, plenty of images.

If there is any further information you feel we need to put on there to help you, just let us know what information you’d like to see and we’ll do our best to include it.

9.What shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS for domestic delivery.  If you need expedited shipping, just message us.  When available, we can adjust your order to accommodate fees for a shipping upgrade.

10.I entered the incorrect shipping address by mistake. Can you help?

Please be sure to double check that you have entered the correct shipping address!  We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.
